High Speed Cat 2 ( Category 2 ) HDMI cables have been tested to perform at speeds of 340Mhz. This is the highest bandwidth currently available over an HDMI cable means this HDMI cable can handle 1080p signals even those at increased colour depths ( deep colour ) and/or increased refresh rates even over longer distances.
