AV Storm is an internet based retailer and as such does not have a physical retail outlet.
Shipping is free to all UK Mainland Addresses.
As a customer of AV STORM you have the right to cancel any order considered to be a distance purchase. In this event, all goods must be returned in 'as new' condition, in the original packing, unused and unopened complete with all supplied accessories.
Before returning any goods to us you must inform us of your decision to cancel in writing or via email using the form on the 'contact' page and return the goods at your own expense within 10 working days. We will not accept liability for goods damaged in transit, so please ensure all returned goods are insured for the appropriate value.
The cost of any parts missing from, or damage to, the returned goods will be deducted from any refund we offer. A restocking fee of £10 or 20% (whichever is the greater) will be charged if the returned goods fail to meet the above conditions.
Please note that at present we only deliver to Mainland UK addresses.
All products supplied by AV STORM are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of supply unless otherwise stated. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer but does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair ware and tear, accidental damage or neglect etc.
Should your product develop a fault within the first 14 days of delivery, the item should be returned to the address shown below, complete with all packaging, accessories and instructions. Upon receipt a new item will be dispatched. Please include a receipt for postage costs incurred, as on receipt of faulty item all reasonable postage costs will be refunded
Please ensure the product is faulty and not something minor you have overlooked. If the returned product is found not to be faulty, a fee will be charged for delivery and restocking. Please note, overseas customers are responsible for all return costs.
If the product develops a fault after 14 days, please email a description of the fault and your name, address and phone number using the form on the 'contact' page. We will then contact you via email or phone within a reasonable time, with suggested remedies. If the fault cannot be rectified, then you should return the goods to us at you own cost, in original packaging and insured, as we are not responsible for damage caused in transit. We will then at our discretion replace or repair the goods.
Goods returned to us will only be accepted for repair or replacement in the original packaging and with the original invoice. If these conditions are not met, the goods will be returned to you find alternative repair arrangements.
The images on our website offer a fair representation of colour and finish of the products. However, due to variations in PC monitors and equipment etc we cannot guarantee the actual product colour and finish exactly matches the website image. Actual product packaging may differ from the image shown on the website.
AV STORM reserves the right to refuse our services to any prospective client.
